Mark learns emotion

Mark Offenhand ,a computer program who's function is to statistically analyse data, has been hanging around with Grant Shapps emotional-landscapsing-bot Normal 10-bit. Normal 10-bit has been designed to use online  response forms to mould and shape public emotion and opinion. Inspired, Mark has decided to investigate the capabilities of using data to form an emotional response. Mark has been reading Mrs Thatchers condolence book on the  blue blogs online tribute page and has used Markov chains to produce his own words of respect.
